Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Non-Voice process
- Language: Good English + Any One Regional Language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
Compensation
- CTC: ₹23,000/month
- Take Home: ₹22,500/month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
- Resolve customer issues accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
