Key Skills Required:
Working knowledge of TALLY is mandatory
GeM Portal : Candidate should be able to manage Govt. Tenders through Gem Portal,This includes daily updating, monitoring and sorting of tenders. Should be wellversed with tender procedures.
Administrative Support: This includes a wide range of tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail and deliveries, and processing correspondence.
Scheduling and Coordination: Responsible for scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating events and activities.
Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, and may also be responsible for data entry into various databases.
Office Operations: Managing office supplies, maintaining the physical environment, and ensuring that equipment is functioning properly.
Financial Support: Assist with bookkeeping, budgeting, and expense reports.
Communication: Act as a central point of communication within the office, customers and suppliers, ensuring that information is disseminated effectively.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise in the workplace.
