Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Order Management
- Processing Orders: Handling incoming requests for parts via phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Quoting: Providing accurate pricing and availability to customers or internal service departments.
- Lead Generation: Identifying opportunities to upsell related components or maintenance kits.
2. Inventory & Logistics
- Stock Tracking: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure "fast-moving" parts are always in stock.
- Sourcing: Finding rare or out-of-stock components through a network of suppliers.
- Shipping Coordination: Managing the logistics of getting parts from the warehouse to the customer, including domestic and international freight.
3. Technical Support & Liaison
- Parts Identification: Using technical manuals and databases to ensure the part requested matches the specific model or serial number.
- Vendor Relations: Maintaining good standing with manufacturers to negotiate better pricing or faster lead times.
Education Qualification : Diploma Mechanical
Experience: 2-3 Years from packaging machinery industry will be highly preferred
Location: Shahapur, Maharashtra -Lahe
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
