Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Read, interpret, and execute work based on architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily site activities.
- Track project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate with the procurement and production teams for timely material delivery.
- Identify and resolve site issues while minimizing delays and rework.
- Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and budget.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the site.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate snag rectification before project handover.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kodungallur, Kerala
