Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in Job the Travel & Tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling inbound and outbound travel packages, generating new business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
● Generate new business through outbound sales calls, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
● Promote domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, customized itineraries, and honeymoon packages.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages. ● Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
● Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
● Coordinate with operations, suppliers, hotels, airlines, and vendors to ensure smooth booking processes.
Skills & Qualifications
● 2–5 years of sales experience in the Travel & Tourism industry (Mandatory).
● Proven experience in selling inbound and outbound travel packages.
● Experience in travel portals like TBO, Akbar, Rezlive, and TripJack.
● Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
● Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
● Experience handling FITs, Group Tours, Corporate Travel, and Holiday Packages.
● Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations will be an added advantage. Compensation & Benefits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
