Your Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with patients experiencing hair loss.
- Assess scalp condition and recommend suitable hair restoration treatments.
- Explain hair transplant procedures, expected outcomes, and post-operative care.
- Build trust with patients and convert consultations into treatment bookings.
- Perform and supervise hair transplant procedures while ensuring the highest medical standards.
- Monitor patients throughout the surgical procedure and provide necessary medical guidance.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and deliver a premium consultation experience.
- Work closely with the clinic team to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols.
Your Profile
- MBBS with a valid medical registration (additional qualifications in hair restoration are an advantage).
- Experience in hair transplant surgery (FUE/FUT) is preferred.
- Strong consultation and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to convert patient consultations into successful treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
