We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern, user-friendly websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and product teams to translate visual wireframes into clean, scalable, and responsive code. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end technologies, maintains clean coding standards, and is dedicated to creating exceptional digital user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Development: Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Responsive Design: Build and optimize cross-browser, responsive website interfaces that perform flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct website speed and performance optimization, ensuring fast load times and seamless asset rendering.
- Collaboration & Implementation: Partner with UI/UX designers to implement design layouts, user flows, and interactive elements with high visual fidelity.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve front-end bugs, broken links, and rendering issues across various browsers and devices.
- SEO Best Practices: Implement standard semantic HTML structural markup and optimization techniques to ensure search engine crawlability and accessibility compliance.
- Version Control: Manage code deployment, branching, and collaboration workflows using Git and platform repositories.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical portfolio experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
- Core Front-End Tech: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (including Flexbox/Grid), and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
- Frameworks & Libraries: Practical experience working with modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks (such as React, Vue.js, or Angular) or robust CMS platforms.
- Responsive Frameworks: Proficiency with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Tools & Version Control: Confident using Git, GitHub/GitLab, and browser developer tools for debugging.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities with a keen eye for layout accuracy, alignment, typography, and UX design details.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with back-end technologies or APIs (Node.js, PHP, or RESTful web services).
- Basic understanding of web security best practices (SSL, HTTPS, CORS, data sanitization).
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic SEO implementation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
