About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our Political Campaign and Digital Communications team. The role involves managing digital platforms, driving audience engagement, and supporting campaign communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute social media strategies for political campaigns.
2. Manage campaign presence across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
3. Monitor audience engagement, platform performance, and analytics.
4. Plan content calendars and coordinate timely content publishing.
5. Track digital trends and recommend innovative engagement strategies.
6. Manage online reputation and respond to community interactions.
7. Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns, optimize performance, and track results.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
3. Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
4. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Passion for digital media, audience engagement, and campaign communication.
