We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
