Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering
Experience: 4-5yrs
Technical Skill
- Software: Hands on Command over MRP/ERP software'
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing: Can maximize customer satisfaction and reduce waste.
- Knowledge of SMT and related Electronics Assembly Operations and Electronic Testing.
- Monitor Production cycle: Monitor product quality across all production stages to minimize waste and operational downtime
- Collaboration: Work alongside with supply chain, inventory and procurement teams to maintain adequate raw material levels.
- Performance Indicator: Track key performance indicator such as overall equipment effectiveness, scrap rates, labour efficiency.
Essential Skill Set
- Strategic Planning
- Operational oversight of Production and Testing Areas
- Control of Production and Testing Manpower
- Meeting Delivery schedules
- Basic knowledge of Quality standard e.g. ISO 9001, AS 9100 D
- Production planning for 100% usage of plant production capacity.
Pay - 40k-50k
