Parts Executive – Short Job Description
Designation: Parts Executive
Department: Spare Parts / Stores
Reports To: Parts Manager / Store Incharge
Job Purpose:
To manage spare parts inventory, ensure timely availability of parts for workshop operations, maintain stock accuracy, and support parts sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Issue parts against job cards and workshop requirements.
- Raise purchase requests and follow up on orders.
- Conduct stock verification and maintain inventory records.
- Update transactions in DMS/ERP systems.
- Manage GRN, invoices, and parts documentation.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and suppliers.
- Control slow-moving and non-moving stock.
- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in spare parts/store operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
