Job Summary
Helpline Group is hiring Customer Care Executives for the Saudi Arabia Voice Process at our
Thrissur back office. The role involves handling customer calls, giving service updates,
maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Assist customers with service-related queries
Share accurate process updates
Coordinate with internal departments
Escalate complex issues when needed
Resolve basic customer concerns professionally
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of voice process or customer support experience
Good communication skills in English
Arabic will be an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable working from office
Willing to work as per Saudi timings
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
