- Drive revenue growth, set sales budgets, and monitor profitability across all assigned stores.
- Oversee daily multi-unit retail operations, ensure smooth workflow, and implement company-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and frontline staff. Manage rosters, allocate duties, and drive team performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels across the cluster to prevent stockouts and minimize expiries.
- Coordinate local marketing activities, promotional events, and advertising to boost footfall and brand visibility.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
