We're looking for a strategic thinker who can help grow a brand from the ground up. If you enjoy analyzing trends, building marketing strategies, creating viral content ideas, and finding innovative ways to increase brand awareness and sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop innovative social media growth strategies.
- Create engaging content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Research competitors and identify market opportunities.
- Suggest influencer and collaboration strategies.
- Plan campaigns that increase engagement, reach, and sales.
- Track performance and recommend improvements.
- Work directly with the Founder on brand-building initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to think beyond posting content and focus on business growth.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Students, fresh graduates, or self-taught marketers are welcome.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience running Meta Ads.
- Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce.
- Experience with influencer marketing or content creation.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,721.54 per month
