. Core Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Lead Generation
- Identify and Onboard: Scout and secure new B2B clients, including regional wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and local grocery stores.
- HoReCa Penetration: Target high-volume buyers such as tea cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate caterers who require consistent, high-quality CTC blends.
- Cold Calling & Field Visits: Conduct daily field visits to potential outlets to pitch the product portfolio and secure orders To do daily 40 calls in App
Sales Operations & Account Management
- Order Generation: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for various packaging sizes (bulk sacks to retail pouches). To, achieve the quarterly and upto targets set by the company
- Sampling Programs: When required to organize and conduct tea-tasting sessions and product sampling for prospective B2B buyers to demonstrate liquor strength, color, and aroma.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of stock and prevent out-of-stock situations at retail points.
Merchandising & Brand Visibility
- In-Store Execution: Ensure prominent shelf placement (eye-level positioning) and optimal visibility of products in retail outlets.
- POS Management: Deploy Point-of-Sale (POS) materials like posters, banners, and dispensers effectively at retail touchpoints.
- Promotions: Execute localized promotional schemes, discounts, and trade activations to boost off-take.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, packaging variations, promotional schemes, and market strategies, feeding data back to the marketing team.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and report customer feedback regarding tea taste, grain size preferences (e.g., BOP, BP, OF, PD), and packaging durability.
- Daily/Weekly Reporting: Maintain and submit accurate logs of daily client visits, sales pipelines, closed deals, and revenue forecasts via the company CRM/Sales tool and to work and do all the calls daily in App
2. Reporting Structure & Territory
- Reporting To:- Your Area Sales Manager. To work and to do routes or beats as planned by ASM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,661.80 per month
