Must-Have Criteria
- 2–4 years of hands-on ERP administration experience — must have owned at least one module end-to-end.
- Ability to manage master data, batch records, and generate MIS reports independently.
- Strong MS Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation.
- Immediate to 30-day notice period availability.
Job Role:
Own the Batch Master ERP system end-to-end across (manufacturing), (D2C), and (B2B) — ensuring accurate data, zero downtime, trained users, and real-time MIS across all three verticals.
What This Person Will Do
- Manage all Batch Master ERP modules — Production, Inventory, QC, Procurement, Sales, Finance — across the manufacturing , D2C , and B2B distributor business segments.
- Maintain batch records, lot tracking, and production orders aligned to GMP documentation requirements for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure real-time stock accuracy — GRN, GI, transfer orders, cycle count reconciliation, expiry alerts — covering raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Support the B2B segment with distributor-linked inventory movements, order tracking, and dispatch records in ERP.
- Support the D2C segment with e-commerce order fulfilment, returns, and stock reconciliation flows in ERP.
- Link purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor invoices; support accounts team with ERP-based reconciliation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management across all three verticals — without prompting.
- Be the first-level ERP support for all departments; train new joiners on relevant modules; prepare SOPs and user manuals.
Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
