Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Sales Executive / Operations Coordinator. This role is a perfect blend of client relationship management and sales operations within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Act as a key point of contact to maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing network of pharmaceutical distributors and exporters.
- Sales Operations: Accurately prepare, process, and manage sales bills and invoices in alignment with client requirements and company guidelines.
- Client Negotiation: Handle routine inquiries, discuss trade terms, and negotiate pricing and deliveries with customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Basic understanding of invoicing, billing systems, or standard retail/wholesale math.
- Strong verbal and communication skills for confident customer negotiation.
- Good organizational habits to manage existing distributor accounts efficiently.
Education:
Graduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
