We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our in-house lead generation marketing team. The role focuses on driving high-quality inbound leads through organic and integrated digital channels including SEO, content marketing, website optimization, marketing automation, and analytics.
Own and scale organic lead generation through SEO, content, landing pages, CRO, and inbound funnels
Build and optimize lead funnels from traffic MQL SQL
Improve lead quality, conversion rate, and cost efficiency
Work closely with sales to align lead definitions, follow-ups, and revenue goals
Create quarterly and annual digital lead generation strategies
Identify growth opportunities via keyword research, competitor analysis, and funnel audits
Plan content calendars, SEO roadmaps, and campaign priorities
Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, case studies, and gated assets
Optimize website structure, internal linking, and conversion elements
Manage and mentor an in-house team (SEO executives, content writers, designers, marketers)
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with developers for website improvements and tracking setups
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM, and marketing tools
Monitor KPIs: organic traffic, leads, conversion rates, CPL, ROI
6–10 years of experience in digital marketing with strong in-house lead generation focus
Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, inbound funnels, and CRO
Experience in IT services / SaaS / B2B lead generation
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and SEO tools
Strong understanding of buyer journeys and B2B/B2C lead funnels
Experience managing and scaling in-house teams
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
