“Kannada reading and writing is must” Real Estate experience & Pre Legal due diligence of properties and prepare preliminary notes and title report. Responsible for handling complete pre-legal activities related to real estate and land transactions, including legal due diligence, title verification, scrutiny of property and land documents, verification of ownership and chain of title, checking land records and survey documents, reviewing government approvals and permissions, identifying legal risks, and ensuring clear and marketable title before property acquisition or transaction. Requirements: Strong experience in real estate pre-legal work, property and land laws, title investigation, legal due diligence, documentation, land records, government approvals, and the ability to identify and resolve legal discrepancies.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
