We are hiring Area Operation Manager .
Key Responsibilities
- Transport Management: Select freight carriers, negotiate contracts, optimize delivery routes, and control shipping expenses.
- Warehouse Oversight: Maintain inventory accuracy, supervise picking and packing efficiency, and streamline storage space.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates and inventory turnover to fix workflow bottlenecks.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and driver teams.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all shipping, handling, and storage procedures follow local and international legal standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
