About the role
We work in an AI-assisted “vibe coding” style: you drive an AI coding agent — preferably Claude Code — to build features fast, then review, test and own what you ship. We are looking for a fresh, smart, curious mind who already loves building with AI and wants to grow quickly alongside senior engineers.
You do not need years of experience. You do need real coding fundamentals, genuine hands-on vibe-coding practice, and the instinct to check and understand what the AI produces rather than blindly pasting it.
What you’ll do
- Build web features end-to-end (backend + frontend) using Claude Code / AI agents under the guidance of a tech lead.
- Write clear prompts, steer the AI iteratively, and read every diff before it goes in.
- Generate and run tests (with AI help), debug issues, and fix what the AI gets wrong.
- Participate in 2-week sprints — stand-ups, demos, code reviews — and learn fast from feedback.
Must-have
- Solid programming fundamentals in at least one modern language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) — you can read and reason about code, not just generate it.
- Hands-on vibe-coding experience, preferably with Claude Code (or Cursor, Antigravity, Copilot, etc.) — a personal project, internship, hackathon, or coursework all count.
- Basic web skills: HTTP/REST, a frontend framework (React a plus), and some SQL/database understanding.
- Git basics, and the habit of testing and verifying your work.
- Curiosity, fast learning, and clear written communication.
Nice to have
- TypeScript, React, Node.js/NestJS, or PostgreSQL exposure.
- A public GitHub / portfolio / side project built with an AI agent.
- Awareness of secure coding basics (don’t trust input, don’t leak secrets).
Mindset we value
- You treat AI output as a draft to verify — never as final truth. You can explain any line of code you submit.
- You know when to let the AI run and when to slow down and write it yourself.
- You ask good questions and own your mistakes.
