About the Role
Primemover Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET technologies, web application development, real-time data processing, and IoT/Edge Computing solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that handle large volumes of real-time sensor and device data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Build and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Implement real-time communication features using SignalR.
- Design and optimize database structures using Entity Framework Core.
- Work with large-scale data generated from IoT devices and sensor networks.
- Develop and support edge computing solutions using Azure IoT Edge or AWS IoT Greengrass.
- Integrate applications with MQTT brokers, Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, and other messaging platforms.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, cloud engineers, and product teams.
Required SkillsCore .NET Development
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6+.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with Async/Await, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
ASP.NET Core MVC
- Experience with Routing, Controllers, Razor Views, and Model Binding.
- Understanding of Middleware Pipeline architecture.
- Experience building scalable web applications.
Web API Development
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of API Versioning.
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
Entity Framework Core
- Experience with Code-First and Database-First approaches.
- Hands-on experience with Migrations.
- Ability to optimize database performance for large datasets.
Real-Time Technologies
- Strong experience with SignalR for real-time communication and live data updates.
Edge Computing & IoT
- Experience with Azure IoT Edge or AWS IoT Greengrass.
- Knowledge of .NET IoT Libraries (System.Device.Gpio).
- Experience working with Raspberry Pi or similar embedded devices is preferred.
Message Brokers & Data Streaming
- Experience with MQTT Brokers such as Mosquitto, HiveMQ, or Azure IoT Hub.
- Experience with Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
- Strong understanding of Publish/Subscribe (Pub/Sub) architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IoT, Industrial Automation, or Sensor Data Applications.
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
