About the Role
Ripsil Digital Services is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team immediately. This internship focuses on recruitment, candidate management, and supporting our AI Agentic Development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for AI & tech roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage candidate databases and communication
- Assist in onboarding and internship processes
- Support HR operations and daily activities
Eligibility
- Students (any degree)
- Final-year candidates or fresh graduates
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or operations
- Good communication skills
