Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines efficiently.
- Set up machines and adjust settings as per production requirements.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products.
- Check product quality and report any defects or machine issues.
- Maintain production records and daily machine logs.
- Ensure housekeeping and follow all safety procedures on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Required Skills:
- Experience in operating manufacturing/production machines.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Team player with a responsible attitude.
Qualification:
- 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Preferred)
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
