Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for achieving sales targets and
driving business growth within the assigned territory. The role focuses on
promoting products in the Cardio Diabetic segment, building strong relationships
with healthcare professionals, and ensuring effective execution of field strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive prescription generation and demand for assigned products
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies
Doctor Engagement
- Promote products to Diabetologists, Cardiologists, and Physicians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists
- Ensure regular doctor calls as per coverage norms
Territory Management
- Plan daily field activities and ensure complete territory coverage
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Maintain high productivity and call average
Marketing Activities
- Conduct CMEs, RTMs, and doctor engagement programs
- Execute promotional campaigns effectively
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Provide regular feedback to the reporting manager
Reporting
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and update CRM systems on time
- Submit periodic sales reports and ensure data accuracy
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / Life Sciences / Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Pharma Sales (Medical Representative /
TSM)
- Exposure to Cardio Diabetic segment is preferred

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of pharma sales and doctor engagement
- Knowledge of local territory and doctor network

- Doctor call average and coverage

- Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
