Matoshri Krishi Paryatan, Dindori ,We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Canteen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vegetarian food service facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily canteen and kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
- Coordinate catering and special meal arrangements when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience in a canteen, mess, hostel, hotel, catering, or food service operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality.
- Must be a non-smoker, addiction-free, and preferably vegetarian.
- Good planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
