We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead end-to-end recruitment across domestic and international markets while partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams that support Techture's rapid growth.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic and international hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing niche talent, collaborating with business stakeholders, driving employer branding initiatives, managing recruitment through HIRO ATS, and contributing to business growth through strategic hiring initiatives.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.

Lead recruitment for international markets including the USA and other global regions.

Source candidates for technical and business roles across international geographies.

Understand international hiring practices, candidate expectations, and recruitment compliance.

Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

Handle recruitment requirements for US-based projects and clients.

Source candidates across various employment models including Full-time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Remote engagements.

Understand US recruitment terminology, market trends, and hiring practices.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring US requirements.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand upcoming client requirements.

Build talent pipelines aligned with future project opportunities.

Support resource planning for new client engagements.

Assist leadership with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Manage and optimize recruitment workflows using HIRO ATS.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment dashboards.

Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Generate weekly and monthly hiring reports and analytics.

Represent Techture at recruitment drives, campus hiring, networking events, and career fairs.

Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.

Experience in domestic and international hiring.

Hands-on experience with US recruitment.

Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and social media.

Experience using HIRO ATS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in domestic and international recruitment.

Prior experience recruiting for Engineering, BIM, AEC, IT, SaaS, or Technology organizations will be preferred.
