We are looking for energetic and well-spoken Business Development Associate to join our growing real estate team. The role involves meeting builders, developers, and landowners, building relationships, and driving business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with real estate builders, developers, and landowners.
- Present company offerings and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and track industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements
- MBA/BBA/B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency; Kannada/Telugu is a plus.
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
