The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with patients, attendants, doctors, staff, referral partners, corporate organizations, and the general public. The candidate will help ensure a positive patient experience, handle feedback and grievances, coordinate with hospital departments, and support hospital outreach and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, complaints, and grievances, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments regarding patient requirements, appointments, and service-related concerns.
- Build and maintain good relationships with patients, doctors, referral sources, corporate clients, and the local community.
- Promote hospital services, specialty departments, health packages, medical camps, and outreach programs.
- Develop relationships with referral doctors, clinics, institutions, companies, and other organizations to support patient referrals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, follow up on concerns, and escalate serious issues to management when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.
