- Assist in planning and supervising daily bakery production.
- Prepare and oversee the production of breads, artisan breads, pastries, cakes, viennoiserie, desserts, and other baked products.
- Ensure all products are prepared according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Commis Chefs and bakery staff.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of bakery items.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department for raw material requirements.
- Control food costs, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients.
- Inspect bakery equipment and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Assist in developing new recipes, seasonal menus, and innovative bakery products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery production area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Take charge of bakery operations in the absence of the Executive Pastry Chef or Head Baker.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
