Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Direct daily construction activities, managing labor teams and subcontractors.
- Drawing & BOQ Review: Interpret architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and shop drawings.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between the retail brand (tenant), mall management (landlord), architects, and vendors.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards and ensure store fixtures and finishes meet exact brand guidelines.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Monitor project milestones, report delays, track material inventory, and assist in billing/cost control.
- Authority Approvals: Facilitate permits and ensure the build adheres to local building codes and fire/safety regulations.
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
