About the Role: Ganesh Enterprises is hiring a field-oriented Purchases Manager to handle daily vendor sourcing, market scouting, and quality checks. This role requires 100% travel for on-ground operations across local markets and supply hubs.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Procurement: Handle daily purchasing for a steady supply of FMCG food products.
- Source Vendors: Travel to source quality products, negotiate rates, and build supplier relationships.
- Inspect Quality: Conduct on-site food evaluations to maintain high standards before dispatch.
- Delivery Tracking: Coordinate with the warehouse team for smooth deliveries to Kolkata.
- Analyze Markets: Monitor price changes and demand shifts for profitable purchasing.
- Track Orders: Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth deliveries to the Kolkata hub.
Who Should Apply:
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in FMCG procurement or supply chain management.
- Travel Ready: 100% willingness to travel daily for field operations.
