Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Coordinator to drive business growth, generate new leads, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and CRM data.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software knowledge is an advantage.
