· Handling branch operations, motivate the team and ensure team work to achieve branch targets every month.
· Ensure month on month gold loan growth for the branch.
· Canvassing and marketing all products including debentures, insurance, tour and travel.
· Custodian of key, cash management and accounting, gold appraisals, interest collection.
· Customer relationship building, improve interest collections, control NPAs, participate in the marketing activities
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
