We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non IT to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing Mid to Senior positions across various industries.
Location: Kochi (Kalamassery)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for Mid to Senior roles
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references & database
* Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with clients
* Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and clients
* Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth joining process
* Maintain trackers and recruitment MIS reports
Requirements:
* 1–4 years of Non IT recruitment experience
* Strong sourcing & screening skills
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in handling Mid and senior-level Non IT hiring preferred
