HACA is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Expert to guide prospective students and drive admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales or counselling roles with hands-on experience in LSQ and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:1. Student Counselling & Admission SupportCounsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.2. Lead ManagementHandle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Manage and update leads in LSQ and CRM systems regularly.Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead nurturing.3. CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate student records in CRM.Track daily activities, lead status, and conversion reports.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.4. Target AchievementAchieve monthly admission and revenue targets.Maintain high conversion ratios.Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in education sales / academic counselling / inside sales.Hands-on experience in LSQ (Lead Squared) and CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
