Engagement Frequency & Duration Frequency: Twice a month (Any Friday and Saturday in a month for 10-months)
Training Hours: 12 hours per month
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Visiting Faculty to deliver the course Leadership in Innovation Management for undergraduate students enrolled in the Bachelor’s in Leadership and Management program. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating engaging, application-oriented learning experiences that help students understand how leadership principles intersect with innovation, change management, and organizational growth in real-world contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create resources, presentations, activities and case studies for the subject
- Deliver interactive and experiential classroom sessions on Leadership in Innovation Management
- Translate theoretical frameworks into practical insights, case studies, and real-life examples
- Facilitate discussions, group activities, simulations, and problem-solving exercises
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and leadership mindset among undergraduate students
- Align session delivery with the university’s academic objectives and curriculum framework
- Provide with assessments papers and answer keys
- Maintain academic discipline, engagement, and a positive learning environment

Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Leadership, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Minimum 10–12 years of industry and/or academic experience in leadership, innovation, strategy, or management roles
- Prior experience teaching or training undergraduate or young adult learners is strongly preferred
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging and relatable

Remuneration
Compensation will be offered on a per-day basis, commensurate with experience and profile.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
