About the Role
We're looking for an AI Product Lead who can bridge technology and business. You'll define AI-powered products, collaborate with engineering teams, validate customer problems, and help launch scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered products, automation solutions, and AI agents.
- Build scalable web applications and AI-enabled features using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and automation workflows into production applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and technical solutions.
- Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and task coordination.
- Design system architecture, APIs, and database structures for scalable AI products.
- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining code quality and performance.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of databases, cloud platforms, Git, and software architecture.
- Experience with LLMs, AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), AI agents, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools.
- Experience leading development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and product ownership skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
