Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller with a background in the hotel industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, room booking calls, follow-ups, and promoting hotel services to potential guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Provide information about room availability, tariffs, and hotel facilities
- Confirm and manage room reservations
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Coordinate with front office and reservation team
- Handle customer complaints politely and effectively
- Promote special offers, packages, and seasonal discounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel telecalling / hospitality field
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
