Key ResponsibilitiesA. Administration
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Manage vendor relationships, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative registers.
- Support event logistics, permissions, venue coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure proper asset management and maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in policy implementation and administrative compliance.
B. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Process payments, receipts, vouchers, and expense documentation.
- Prepare and maintain cash books, ledgers, and financial registers.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain donor-wise and project-wise financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and expenditure tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation of bills, invoices, and supporting records.
C. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory records and organizational documentation.
- Support compliance related to NGO registrations and reporting.
- Ensure timely filing and documentation of financial records.
- Maintain digital and physical archives of important documents.
- Support preparation of reports required by management, donors, and auditors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce with specialization in, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Administration and Accounts.
- Experience in NGO/Social Sector preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
