Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns
Plan and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to drive traffic and convert leads for international and domestic travel offerings.
- Landing Page & CRO Optimization
Design and optimize user-focused, SEO-friendly landing pages to improve conversion rates and support paid marketing campaigns.
- Content Marketing for Lead Capture
Create engaging gated content (eBooks, destination guides, webinars) to support lead magnets and email drip campaigns.
- Social Media Advertising & Engagement
Run targeted paid campaigns and grow visibility across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Improve social media profile reach and engagement.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation
Test creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and messaging across channels to continually improve campaign performance.
Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage users who haven’t converted, using dynamic content and segmentation.
Optimize website and blog content for high-intent travel keywords to drive organic lead acquisition.
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure proper lead scoring, tracking, follow-up, and conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or e-commercedomains.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid media, conversion rate optimization, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mailchimp, and Zoho/HubSpot CRM.
- Strong experience in social media marketing, performance tracking, and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing digital funnels and maximizing ROI.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
