Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and customer engagement targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.
