Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
- Create, plan, and manage strategic content calendars in coordination with copywriters to align messaging with brand positioning and business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Track trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to stay ahead
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and strategy teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and reporting
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, and performance optimization
- Ability to think strategically — not just post creatively
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and result-oriented mindset
