About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Office & Sales Coordinator to join our growing educational publishing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in telecalling, capable of managing office operations, coordinating staff, and supporting sales growth for our LKG & UKG textbook division.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools, educational institutions, and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
- Promote and increase sales of Golden Pearl LKG & UKG Textbooks.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and manage office staff effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Strong telecalling and customer relationship skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage office administration independently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, Excel).
- Experience in educational sales, telecalling, customer service, or office administration will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA / Diploma
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Office Administration, or Customer Relationship Management.
