Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification (SD, PP, or QM) mandatory.
SAP SD
- Learn and support Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Customer Master Data.
- Assist in SAP SD configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Support end-users by resolving basic SAP SD issues.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation activities.
- Understand integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM and FI.
SAP PPQM
- Learn SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) business processes.
- Assist in configuring MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders.
- Support inspection planning, quality notifications, and inspection lot processing.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and user training activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business users to gather requirements.
