Client Relationship Manager Company: Annai Motors – Royal Enfield Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary Annai Motors – Royal Enfield is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and service journey. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer calls and maintain regular follow-ups. - Schedule service reminders and appointment confirmations. - Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. - Collect customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction (CSI). - Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments to provide seamless customer support. - Track customer retention activities and follow up with inactive customers. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports. - Ensure adherence to Royal Enfield customer service standards. Required Qualifications - Any Diploma, B.E., or Bachelor's Degree. - 0–2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, telecalling, front office, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office); CRM software knowledge is an advantage. - Ability to work in a customer-focused environment.
