Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and backend teams
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in requirement discussions and technical planning
- Maintain proper documentation for development work
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration
- Experience with React hooks and component-based architecture
- Basic understanding of Redux or similar state management tools
- Familiarity with database design and queries
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control
- Knowledge of frontend and backend performance optimization
