Senior Learning Partner Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Partner , you will play a key role in enabling associate success by designing, coordinating, and delivering impactful onboarding, learning, and employee engagement experiences across India and international teams. You will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, learning teams, and other stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective programs and experiences.
In addition to learning and onboarding, you will support employee volunteering and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Oracle Volunteers, NGOs, community partners, and internal stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for associates to participate and contribute. This role requires strong facilitation, program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills within a global and culturally diverse environment.
