Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop drawings from architectural concepts, sketches.
- Prepare submission drawings in accordance with applicable building rules and regulations.
- Prepare detailed construction and working drawings with dimensions, annotations, schedules, and material specifications.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and client/consultant comments.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, file organization, and version control.
- Assist architects in preparing project documentation and presentations.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings are accurate and issued within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and/or other architectural software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drafting, construction details, and building practices.
- Knowledge of Kerala building rules and local authority submission requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with architects and consultants.
- Relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Drafting preferred.
- Relevant experience in an architectural/engineering consultancy will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
