Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate
business opportunities through market research, data preparation, cold calling, and client
conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills
with a proven ability to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Prepare and maintain accurate client databases and lead sheets.
Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities.
Present company services effectively to prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into business.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
Strong cold calling and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven expertise in client acquisition and conversion.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or client
acquisition.
